We are looking for a Branch Manager to lead our Leeds operations. The ideal candidate will place a huge emphasis on customer service and be passionate about delivering a first-class experience. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Lettings Consultants and Asset Managers. Working in a team you will be required to build excellent relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors. You must be an excellent communicator who is used to maintaining relationships with a diverse range of people and must have a ‘get stuck in attitude’.

Your responsibilities will include
- Developing and maintaining great relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors
- Ensuring the Tenant and Landlord experience is exceptional
- Managing all aspects of asset management and lettings performance across the portfolio
- Recruiting new team members
- Providing initial and ongoing training to all team members
- Reviewing and auditing asset management and portfolio performance
- Running compliance reports on a weekly basis
- Managing & Support Asset Managers with utility management
- Building & maintaining effective working relationships with the central teams
- Managing in-tenancy legal notices when required
- Introducing and educating new legislation requirements and HMO licensing to Landlords when required
- Supporting asset managers with investment advice on landlords' current and new portfolios
- Complaints Handling
- Proactively creating and converting new landlord and investor leads
- Networking to create opportunities
- Managing lettings administration process
- Managing the marketing and advertising of the portfolio
- Managing marketing events alongside Marketing Manager
- Auditing Lettings Spreadsheet and branch performance
- Delivering weekly lettings reports to the Operations Manager
- Carrying out regular landlord meetings
- Auditing inspection process and reports
- Delivering monthly 1-2-1s
- Staff reviews and annual appraisals
- Setting Lettings KPIs and reviewing on a monthly basis with the Operations Manager
- Reviewing the branches' monthly profit and loss reports with the Operations Manager
- Responsible for organising office compliance, cleaning and upkeep
- Responsible for office cars, cleaning, organising MOTs, tax and repairs
- Responsible for organising the ordering of office refreshments

Details
- Hours of work: 9am till 5.30pm Monday to Friday & 15 Saturdays per year 10am till 3pm
- Salary depending on experience
- Bonus Scheme
