We are currently in the process of recruiting for a new member of our London Lobster Team. If you are motivated, dedicated and ready to learn…then this is the role for you! No experience needed, just a positive attitude and a desire to learn and develop new skills. This position starts on a temporary basis, but has the potential to be a full-time permanent position for the right person. What does a Resourcer do? The main bulk of this position is making outbound calls, head hunting for suitable candidates to place into our clients in different industries. This also involves taking any inbound calls and communicating with our clients/candidates. We work within the Hospitality, Industrial and Healthcare sectors where we supply staff at volume to clients across London, Surrey, Sussex, Kent & Hampshire.
