Videographer & Content Editor for Luigi Lobina & Lobina Transport
I\’m Luigi Lobina. I run Lobina Transport, a fast-growing, family-built logistics business. We\’re scaling, and now I\’m documenting the real, raw journey of building a business from zero to £100M and beyond.
We\’re talking home life, work life, and everything in between… No over-polished agency work. Just real moments—fast, raw, and honest.

This is a unique opportunity in our area and it\’s going to be a fun one. Our brand is already built, and now we\’re moving forward with a dedicated in-house creative staff member at Lobina Transport.
This project is new. It\’s personal. And it needs to move fast with creativity.
What You\’ll Do
- Follow me from time to time: office, client meetings, behind-the-scenes, even home life.
- Capture and edit fast, emotional, punchy content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube long-form. Using our current brand guidelines for Lobina Transport and the personal brand.
- Film real moments agencies miss—unscripted, raw, and story-led.
- Create branded graphics, visuals, and templates that uphold Lobina Transport\’s brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency across both my personal brand and Lobina Transport\’s corporate brand.
- Edit short-form social content in my tone and style (or better).
- Edit long-form documentary-style YouTube content.
- Deliver multiple videos and assets weekly—consistently and creatively.
- Work directly with me (Luigi) and our Lobina Social Media team to keep content flowing.
- Spot trends, pitch ideas, and evolve the content constantly.
- Join trips (including travel abroad) to film and create content (very occasional)
What We\’re Looking For
- Strong videography and editing skills (social-first content).
- A strong knowledge and skill when using equipment needed for podcast set-ups and various filming scenarios.
- Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube long-form.
- Skilled with Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop/Illustrator (or equivalents).
- Graphic design experience—creating branded templates, visuals, and assets.
- A proactive mindset—you see stories and opportunities without waiting for briefs.
- Fast, adaptable, and hungry to grow.
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and emotional hooks.
- Full-time, on-site, able to work in a fast-moving environment.
