About the Opportunity
LOBA GROUP is currently working with a well established and growing developer delivering a diverse portfolio across Student Accommodation, High Rise Residential and the Co-Living sector. This is a strong opportunity for a Building Surveyor with facade experience to move client side and gain exposure across the full project lifecycle on high quality schemes.
The Role
As a Building Surveyor specialising in facades, you will take a key role in the inspection, assessment and delivery of facade packages from early design through to completion on site. You will work closely with consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure performance, compliance and quality standards are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out facade inspections, condition surveys and technical assessments
- Review and monitor facade design proposals and specifications
- Coordinate with architects, facade consultants and contractors
- Ensure compliance with current building regulations and safety standards
- Oversee quality assurance during installation on site
- Provide technical advice on remediation, maintenance and facade performance
- Support project teams through all stages of delivery
About You
- Proven experience as a Building Surveyor with exposure to facade systems
- Strong technical knowledge of building envelopes and materials
- Experience across residential or mixed use developments preferred
- Confident working with multiple stakeholders and managing consultants
- Detail driven with a strong focus on quality and compliance
- Looking to step into a client side role with greater ownership
