We are currently seeking an experienced Project Director to join a well-established property developer based in London on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to lead the delivery of a significant development project and work with a highly reputable developer.
The Role
- As Project Director, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a major development project, overseeing all stages from construction through to completion.
- You will lead the project team, manage key stakeholders, and ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall delivery of a large-scale development project
- Manage and coordinate project teams including consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
- Oversee programme, cost, risk, and quality management
- Ensure project delivery aligns with the developer’s commercial and strategic objectives
