We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client on a temp-to-perm basis, delivering exceptional projects across the high-end residential, mixed-use, and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sectors.
The Role
- Lead on cost planning, budgeting, and financial control from inception through to completion.
- Manage procurement, tender processes, valuations, and final accounts.
- Administer contracts under JCT and NEC forms.
- Provide value engineering and risk management input to maximise project outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure commercial objectives are met.
- Mentor and support junior team members as part of succession planning.
About You
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (MRICS preferred, not essential).
- Proven track record in high-end residential, mixed-use, or PBSA projects.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of hitting the ground running.
