LOBA GROUP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a £12 million construction project in Guernsey, Channel Islands.
You will drive site mobilisation, manage direct labour and subcontractors, and ensure delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
You will report to the Director, coordinate with clients and consultants, and manage procurement, programmes and risks to maintain client satisfaction on landmark projects.
