This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious construction professional looking to work on large scale, high value projects within a dynamic and fast paced environme nt. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing strategic cost advice from the earliest stages of project feasibility through to project deliv ery. The RoleAs a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for leading the estimating function across a diverse portfolio of current and future proj ects. Key responsibilities in clude:• Preparing detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quan tities• Reviewing project specifications and tender documen tation• Providing concept estimating and strategic cost guidance across multiple project types• Interpreting design intent and project scope to deliver accurate early stage cost advice• Presenting estimates to senior stakeholders, consultants and executive teams• Researching labour, material and equipment costs, including international procurement and freight costs• Analysing currency exchange rates, import/export duties and market trends• Maintaining detailed cost databases to support future project pl anning Ab out YouWe're keen to speak with candidates wh o have:• A Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related dis cipline• A minimum of 10 years' construction estimating exp erience• Experience delivering estimates on projects valued in exc ess of $50m• MRICS or equivalent professional accreditation (pre ferred)• Strong understanding of the full construction lifecycle from inception through to h andover• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Experience working with international supply chains and procurement pr ocesses• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials and cost c ontrols Wh y Apply?• Opportunity to work on landmark, high profile deve lopments• Competitive salary and benefits package• International career opportunity in the Cayman Islands• Exposure to complex, large scale projects• Work alongside an experienced and highly respec ted team 📩 Apply now or contact me directly for a confidential di scussion.
