Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts
- Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking across multiple projects
- Manage procurement processes, including tender preparation, evaluation, and contract award
- Administer contracts in accordance with agreed terms and conditions
- Evaluate and process contractor valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Monitor project costs and identify risks, providing mitigation strategies where necessary
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- Provide regular financial and progress reports to senior stakeholders
- Support dispute resolution and claims management where required
Key Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
