The Role

We are looking to appoint

1–2 experienced Project Managers to oversee high-quality healthcare fit-out and refurbishment projects across Kent and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional who is confident managing multiple projects, particularly within live or sensitive healthcare environments, and can take full responsibility for successful project delivery from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of healthcare fit-out and refurbishment projects.
  • Take overall responsibility for project performance, including programme, cost and quality.
  • Manage site teams, Site Managers, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain project programmes, ensuring milestones are achieved.
  • Ensure all works are delivered to the highest quality standards.
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Chair and attend regular project meetings and progress reviews.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Review and manage RAMS, permits and project documentation.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and communication of project progress.
  • Support procurement and coordination of materials, labour and subcontractors.
  • Oversee project handover and ensure all completion documentation is in place.

About You

We are looking for Project Managers with

  • Proven experience as a

Project Manager within construction or fit-out .

  • Strong background delivering healthcare, hospital, medical or complex refurbishment projects .
  • Excellent understanding of construction processes, sequencing and delivery.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Good IT and project reporting skills.
  • Valid
  • SMSTS and

First Aid certification (preferred).

  • Full UK driving licence.
