Job Description
Project Manager – West London
Student Accommodation | Strong Pipeline
£95,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
A well-established London main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to deliver a pipeline of student accommodation schemes across West London.
This is a key hire within a growing delivery team, offering end-to-end project responsibility, exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to play a genuine role in shaping how projects are delivered rather than operating within a rigid corporate structure.
The Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for managing high-quality student accommodation projects based in West London, from pre-construction through to completion. You’ll work closely with commercial, design, and site teams within a business that has a proven track record in the sector and a secured forward order book, offering continuity and long-term stability.
The environment is professional but pragmatic. Decisions are made quickly, accountability is clear, and Project Managers are trusted to run their projects properly without unnecessary layers of red tape.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Project Manager responsibility for student accommodation schemes in West London
- Managing programme, design coordination, quality, and delivery
- Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors and consultants
- Working closely with commercial teams to manage cost and risk
- Reporting directly into senior operational leadership
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor
- Background delivering student accommodation or similar residential or commercial projects
- Strong understanding of construction delivery in West London
- Confident managing multiple stakeholders and fast-paced programmes
- Commercially aware, organised, and delivery-focused
What’s on Offer
- Salary up to £95,000 basic
- Car allowance provided
- Annual bonus scheme
- West London–focused project pipeline
- Direct access to senior leadership and decision-makers
- Long-term career progression within a well-established contractor
This role would suit a Project Manager who enjoys owning their projects, working in a business where delivery is respected, and being part of a contractor with a strong and consistent presence in West London.
Confidential applications and enquiries are welcomed.
