Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the replacement of two AHUs including structural steelwork on the roof and internal mechanical adaptations
- Deliver works within a live operational environment while ensuring minimal disruption
- Lead on health and safety planning including method statements and risk assessments
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to meet time and budget targets
- Oversee logistics, temporary works and commissioning activities
- Report progress, risks and any issues to senior stakeholders
