LOBA GROUP is currently working in partnership with a highly regarded London based residential developer to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.
The business has established a strong reputation for delivering high quality mixed use and residential developments and is continuing to expand due to a significant increase in secured projects.
Working closely with the Commercial Director and wider delivery team, the successful candidate will take commercial responsibility across multiple residential schemes from pre-construction through to final account. This position will suit an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor who is confident operating within a fast paced developer environment and has strong experience delivering complex residential projects in London.
- Managing project costs from feasibility through to completion
- Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
- Preparation and agreement of valuations, variations and final accounts
- Working closely with Development, Design and Construction teams
- Managing risk and identifying value engineering opportunities
- Liaising with consultants, contractors and external stakeholders
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within the residential sector. Developer or main contractor background considered. Experience delivering projects within London highly desirable. Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge.
