A confidential property investment business is looking for a sales-focused Investment Consultant or Broker to join its Mayfair team.
This is a client-facing role for someone who knows how to engage investors, present opportunities and turn interest into completed deals. The role is suited to a mid-level or senior sales professional with a track record of selling UK property investment opportunities.
The opportunities include:
- Shops and uppers
- Permitted development opportunities
You’ll be responsible for:
- Building and managing relationships with prospective investors
- Understanding investors' requirements and matching them with suitable opportunities
- Presenting opportunities clearly and handling questions through the sales process
- Following up leads, progressing negotiations and helping transactions through to completion
- Developing a strong pipeline and contributing to sales targets
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience selling property investment opportunities to investors
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, commercially minded approach to generating and converting business
- Knowledge of the UK property market and the confidence to discuss investment-led stock
This role is focused on sales to investors . High-street residential sales alone, or experience limited to overseas new-build investment sales, is unlikely to be the right fit.
