We’re looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join a live project delivering a large-scale storage facility. This is a solid opportunity to step into a fast-paced scheme and take real ownership of site delivery.
The role:
- You’ll be leading site operations, managing subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
Ideal for someone who has delivered similar shed-style builds and is confident running the job day to day.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager on industrial or logistics projects
- Experience delivering storage facilities, warehouses, or similar builds preferred
- Strong track record managing site teams and subcontractors
- Able to drive programme and maintain quality standards
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid as a minimum
