An established multi-disciplinary consultancy is looking to appoint a Director to lead and grow its specialist Façade & Fire Consultancy division. This is a senior leadership role within a business operating at the forefront of façade remediation, building safety and compliance across the UK.

The position will involve leading a high performing technical team delivering complex façade investigations, remediation schemes, FRAEW assessments and fire safety consultancy across high rise residential, mixed use and major regeneration projects. The successful individual will play a key role in shaping the future growth of the division, leading client relationships, driving business development and overseeing technically complex projects nationally.

Ideal background:

  • Strong experience within façade consultancy, façade engineering or façade fire safety
  • Excellent understanding of PAS 9980, FRAEWs and remediation works
  • Proven leadership and client facing capability
  • Commercially minded with experience developing teams and growing business functions
