Key Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial projects from concept through to completion
- Oversee consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholder coordination
- Establish and maintain commercial controls including cost monitoring, reporting, and change management
- Support procurement processes, budgeting, and capital planning
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and contract documentation
- Coordinate project delivery across multiple teams and live operational environments
Ideal Background:
- 5+ years’ experience in Project Management or Quantity Surveying
