We are instructed by a leading real estate consultancy to appoint an Associate Director into their Office Leasing Advisory team in London, working across a diverse portfolio of West End and City office assets. This role offers an excellent opportunity to advise on high-profile instructions while playing a key part in the growth of a market-leading team.
The Role
- Provide strategic leasing advice to landlord and occupier clients across the West End and City office markets, delivering transactional excellence and contributing to wider asset and portfolio strategies.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders across leasing, capital markets, and occupier advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise landlords and occupiers on office leasing transactions across the West End and City.
- Lead leasing instructions from initial strategy through to completion.
- Develop and implement leasing and asset strategies to enhance value and income performance.
- Actively support business development and client relationship management.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key market stakeholders and professional contacts.
- Prepare market appraisals, pitches, and client presentations.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-service teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
About You
- Strong experience in London office leasing advisory, with exposure to both West End and City markets.
- Currently operating at Senior Surveyor / Associate level (or equivalent), ready for an Associate Director role.
- Proven transactional and client-facing experience.
- Commercially astute with a strong understanding of market dynamics and deal structures.
- Confident negotiator with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
