An established and growing multi-disciplinary Built Environment Consultancy is looking to appoint a Project Surveyor to join its London team. The consultancy provides Building Surveying, Fire Safety, Cost Consultancy and Project Management services across the UK, with a strong reputation across residential, mixed-use, student accommodation and high-risk building projects.
The business is looking for a recently Chartered or APC-level Building Surveyor with a strong project delivery background. The role will be heavily project-focused, with responsibility for a range of schemes valued between approximately £500k and £15m. You will act as a Contract Administrator, Employer's Agent or Lead Consultant / Project Manager, working across both Design & Build and traditional procurement routes.
Projects include:
- Major façade remediation
- External refurbishment and renovation
- Internal common parts
- Private residential refurbishment
- Design and refurbishment projects
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying, Project Management or a related discipline
- RICS qualified or working towards Chartership
- Minimum 5 years' Building Surveying / Project Management experience
