PROJECT SURVEYOR | LONDON An established and growing multi-disciplinary Built Environment Consultancy is looking to appoint a Project Surveyor to join its London team. The consultancy provides Building Surveying, Fire Safety, Cost Consultancy and Project Management services across the UK, with a strong reputation across residential, mixed-use, student accommodation and high-risk building projects. The Role The business is looking for a recently Chartered or APC-level Building Surveyor with a strong project delivery background. The role will be heavily project-focused, with responsibility for a range of schemes valued between approximately £500k and £15m . You will act as a Contract Administrator, Employer's Agent or Lead Consultant / Project Manager , working across both Design Build and traditional procurement routes.
