This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to build a career in account management and revenue generation. You will own the day‑to‑day of a defined book of EMEA accounts on autorenewal contracts, focusing on client retention, service quality and relationship building, while working closely with our Head of EMEA Account Management. This full‑time position is located in our London office on a hybrid (3 days in office per week) working model.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day‑to‑day management and support of a defined book of EMEA clients on autorenewal contracts, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Handle client questions and queries promptly, including those related to services, user access, training and content.
  • Maintain regular client contact touchpoints and proactively schedule outreach to keep relationships active.
  • Think commercially about each client relationship, identifying and flagging potential cross‑sell opportunities to the broader Account Management and Sales teams.
  • Drive high client retention across the book, working to minimise cancellations and resolve at‑risk situations early.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Commercial Operations to ensure seamless client service and consistent process adherence.
  • Relay client feedback on product and platform experience to the product team.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of professional experience, with a strong desire to move into a client‑facing, revenue‑generating role.
  • Demonstrated interest in financial markets, credit or leveraged finance.
  • Organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in French or German is a plus.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
