The Network & Club Relationship Manager will be responsible for expanding our distribution across our panel of networks and clubs, and managing aspects of the team dedicated to this. This is a senior-level role that combines strategic thinking, business development, and team leadership. You’ll act as part of a team that is the face of Loans Warehouse to the network market, ensuring we’re the go-to broker for second charge and bridging finance. You will also be instrumental in supporting internal teams and maintaining strong communication with partners through newsletters, marketing campaigns, and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Management: Strengthen and develop relationships with existing networks to grow distribution.
- Network Expansion: Help identify and secure new network and club relationships to join our specialist broker panel, turning Loans Warehouse into the largest B2B broker for secured loans and bridging in the UK.
- Team Leadership: Support a growing distribution team focused on increasing engagement across our network partners.
- Communications & Marketing: Contribute and deliver regular marketing materials, newsletters, social content, and remarketing campaigns using client bank data.
- Tender Support: Assist with tender submissions for both new and existing panel partnerships.
- Marketing Material Production: Collaborate on the creation of presentations, branded merchandising, and partner collateral.
- Event Representation: Represent Loans Warehouse at expos, industry events, and awards ceremonies.
- Reporting & Strategy: Provide regular updates on performance and contribute to the wider distribution and growth strategy.
