Support clients throughout the entire journey, from initial enquiry to completing applications and lifestyle questionnaires. Advising existing clients with additional requirements. Working as part of an incredible team to provide the best customer journey. Ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met. 2+ years’ experience advising on life insurance, income protection, and critical illness cover in a Whole of Market environment. Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal. A proven ability to work at pace and manage a large portfolio of clients. Experience supporting customers from the initial enquiry to completion. Strong track record in handling enquiries, searching multiple providers to find the best solution for your clients. A RO5 or Ce MAP qualification or a willingness to complete it as part of your role. A willingness to be flexible to meet the needs of the customer. Someone with a track record of consistently meeting/exceeding targets.
