At Loan.co.uk, we’re transforming how people get mortgages — making the process smarter, faster, and simpler with next-gen technology and a human touch. As a Mortgage Case Manager, you’ll play a vital role in helping our customers secure the right mortgage product quickly, confidently, and with care. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love the detail, and want to make a real difference in people’s lives, this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Mortgage Case Manager, you’ll take ownership of each case from the moment it’s passed for packaging, guiding it through to completion. You’ll be the trusted guide for clients, ensuring their journey from application to completion is smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. You’ll work closely with Advisers and clients to ensure every case is fully verified, expertly packaged, and moved through the lender process smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
- Reviewing and verifying mortgage applications at the ‘Processing’ stage, ensuring all lender requirements are met
- Creating a complete list of documentation needed and sharing this with clients
- Liaising with and supporting clients to ensure they understand the lenders’ requirements
- Managing all client correspondence and processing incoming documentation
- Organising and tracking your own case pipeline and daily workflow
- Driving conversion from ‘Processing’ to ‘Funded’ by keeping cases moving and clients updated
- Working within lender SLAs and making sure all potential lender conditions are anticipated and addressed
- Working with solicitors to ensure completion takes place quickly and efficiently
- Helping create a consistently brilliant customer experience, even when things get complex
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous experience in the first charge mortgage industry — in case management, packaging, or administration
- Is highly organised and confident managing multiple cases at once in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Communicates clearly and professionally, while offering a warm and supportive experience to every client
- Cares as much about people as you do about processes — empathy and detail go hand-in-hand here
- Works proactively and collaboratively with Advisers and teammates
- Is comfortable using tech tools to work smarter and streamline workflows
- Wants to contribute to building a better mortgage process from the inside out
- A salary that reflects your experience and impact
- Monthly commission – your performance matters, and you’ll see the reward. Uncapped commission – OTE £36,000+
- 29 days holiday (including bank holidays), with more the longer you stay
- Work from anywhere in the UK – we trust you to get the job done
- Perkbox – access to discounts on shopping, travel, wellbeing, and more
- Company pension via True Potential Investor
