What You’ll Be Doing:
- Giving friendly, expert advice and guiding clients through the full mortgage process.
- Using our tech to simplify admin and give your clients a smoother, quicker experience.
- Using our AI-powered system, which will save you from having to know all of the lenders’ terms, and make finding the right product easy.
- Staying on top of compliance and regulatory requirements (we’ve got your back here too).
- Building long-term relationships with clients by offering ongoing support and guidance.
- Contributing to team goals while smashing your own.
- Keeping your knowledge fresh and sharing what you learn with the team.
- Collaborating with a supportive, driven group of people who genuinely want to make finance better.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has at least 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Adviser (broker, IFA or estate agency).
- Holds a CeMAP qualification and can advise across the whole of the market.
- Is comfortable with tech and excited to use tools that help you spend more time talking to customers and less time doing admin.
- Is self-motivated, organised, and happy working at pace.
- Loves helping people—especially when it comes to something as important as buying a home.
- Is curious, open to learning, always striving for improvement.
