At Loan.co.uk, we blend cutting-edge technology with genuine human support to make loans and mortgages simpler, faster, and fairer. As our new Business Process and User Experience Specialist, you will help us spot what is slowing things down and design better ways forward.
You will play a key role in shaping how things work behind the scenes β designing, improving, and simplifying the processes that keep us moving forward. You will be working with teams across the business to build processes that are efficient, intuitive, and built for real people. Whether it is a bottleneck in operations or a customer journey that could be smoother, you will dig into the details and turn insight into action. You will help us create better ways of working β and make sure they stick.
What you will be doing:
- Mapping and analysing current processes across the business
- Spotting gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Translating real client needs into intuitive journeys that feel effortless
- Designing scalable, people-friendly solutions
- Working closely with teams to implement and embed new processes
- Measuring impact and sharing what is working β and what we can do better
- Thinking big, moving fast, and always staying true to what we stand for
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience leading business process improvement and transformation in a scale-up environment
- Knowledge and understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and processes
- Is a confident communicator who builds trust and brings people with them
- Has experience of working on complicated processes across the whole of the business
- Is a curious thinker, is confident with data and thrives on problem-solving
- Has a strategic mindset paired with a practical, get-things-done approach
- Has strong knowledge of process frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
- Someone who thrives on clarity, simplicity and meaningful change
