What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide expert advice on a range of protection products, guiding clients to the solutions that best suit their needs.
- Work with cutting-edge technology that allows you to spend more time with clients and less time on admin.
- Help shape the future of our Protection offering, bringing your insights and experience to continuously improve our approach.
- Support clients throughout the entire journey, from initial enquiry to completing applications and lifestyle questionnaires.
- Advise existing clients with additional requirements.
- Work as part of an incredible team to provide the best customer journey.
- Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met.
We’re Looking for Someone Who has:
- 2+ years’ experience advising on life insurance, income protection, and critical illness cover in a Whole of Market environment.
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
- A proven ability to work at pace and manage a large portfolio of clients.
- Experience supporting customers from the initial enquiry to completion.
- Strong track record in handling enquiries, searching multiple providers to find the best solution for your clients.
- A RO5 or CeMAP qualification or a willingness to complete it as part of your role.
- A willingness to be flexible to meet the needs of the customer.
- A track record of consistently meeting/exceeding targets.
- A keen interest in staying on top of trends and industry best practices and sharing your knowledge with the wider team.
