What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide expert advice on a range of protection products, guiding clients to the solutions that best suit their needs.
  • Work with cutting-edge technology that allows you to spend more time with clients and less time on admin.
  • Help shape the future of our Protection offering, bringing your insights and experience to continuously improve our approach.
  • Support clients throughout the entire journey, from initial enquiry to completing applications and lifestyle questionnaires.
  • Advising existing clients with additional requirements.
  • Working as part of an incredible team to provide the best customer journey.
  • Ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.

We’re Looking for Someone Who has:

  • 2+ years’ experience advising on life insurance, income protection, and critical illness cover in a Whole of Market environment.
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • A proven ability to work at pace and manage a large portfolio of clients.
  • Experience supporting customers from the initial enquiry to completion.
  • Strong track record in handling enquiries, searching multiple providers to find the best solution for your clients.
  • A RO5 or CeMAP qualification or a willingness to complete it as part of your role.
  • A willingness to be flexible to meet the needs of the customer.
  • Someone with a track record of consistently meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Someone who is keen to stay on top of trends and industry best practices and share your knowledge with the wider team.
