Protection Advisor

You’ll leverage your expertise to help ensure that our clients have the right protection solutions in place, whilst also bringing fresh ideas and insights to the table.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide expert advice on a range of protection products, guiding clients to the solutions that best suit their needs.
• Work with cutting‑edge technology that allows you to spend more time with clients and less time on admin.
• Help shape the future of our Protection offering, bringing your insights and experience to continuously improve our approach.
• Support clients throughout the entire journey, from initial enquiry to completing applications and lifestyle questionnaires.
• Advise existing clients with additional requirements.
• Work as part of an incredible team to provide the best customer journey.
• Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met.

We’re Looking for Someone Who has:

• 2+ years’ experience advising on life insurance, income protection, and critical illness cover in a Whole of Market environment.
• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
• A proven ability to work at pace and manage a large portfolio of clients.
• Experience supporting customers from the initial enquiry to completion.
• Strong track record in handling enquiries, searching multiple providers to find the best solution for your clients.
• A RO5 or CeMAP qualification or a willingness to complete it as part of your role.
• A willingness to be flexible to meet the needs of the customer.
• A track record of consistently meeting/exceeding targets.
• A keen interest in staying on top of trends and industry best practices and sharing your knowledge with the wider team.
