Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service for one of the UK's most respected men's footwear brands. You will be the standard bearer for excellence for service and presentation, supporting management to ensure every interaction reflects our heritage, craftsmanship, and commitment to excellence. This is more than processing transactions; it’s about creating connections, building loyalty and delivering a memorable in-store experience.

You will take responsibility for day-to-day store leadership during key trading periods and play an active role in welcoming new customers through exceptional service and brand led experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and engaging customers, ensuring every interaction is genuine, meaningful and memorable.
  • Overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing the store and taking responsibility for day-to-day store operations in the absence of management.
  • Supporting management motivating the team to deliver outstanding service and achieve store goals.
  • Assisting in training and developing the team to maintain impeccable brand standards.
  • Maintaining visual merchandising and presentation in line with brand guidelines.

We are looking for:

  • At least 1 years’ experience supervisory experience, ideally within luxury or premium retail.
  • A proven ability to build rapport with customers and foster lasting relationships.
  • Strong communication skills with a diplomatic and professional approach.
  • Strong teamwork skills alongside the confidence to lead when required.
  • Impeccable personal presentation and a genuine passion for footwear or luxury goods.
  • Ability to commute to the store within 40 minutes, due to keyholding responsibilities.
