As Store Manager, you will be the custodian of our brand within your area, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our heritage, craftsmanship, and commitment to excellence. This is more than managing a shop floor. It’s about building lasting relationships with discerning customers, curating a memorable in-store experience, and upholding the highest standards. You’ll lead and develop a small, dedicated team, guiding them to deliver personalised service that encourages loyalty and reflects the best of Loake. Your responsibilities will include:

- Ability to commute to the store within 30 minutes, due to keyholding responsibilities.
