Support the Store Manager in leading a team dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience for one of the UK's most respected men's footwear brands. As Assistant Manager, you will work alongside the Store Manager to uphold our heritage, craftsmanship, and commitment to excellence in every interaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the team to achieve service excellence and sales goals.
  • Building long term relationships with customers and attracting new customers through targeted engagement and events.

  • Overseeing stock management and operational compliance.
  • Taking full store leadership responsibility when the Store Manager is absent.
