This is a unique opportunity for an experienced, commercially-driven leader to make a significant impact – driving growth, expanding into new markets, and building empowered, high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Leadership : Develop and deliver a unified sales strategy across Retail and Wholesale channels, rooted in brand values and commercial excellence.
  • Team Development : Inspire and lead senior sales teams (Retail Managers, Head of Wholesale, Sales Admin, Customer Service), cultivating a culture of performance and collaboration.
  • Retail Operations Oversight : Ensure efficient and effective store operations, inventory planning, staffing, and rollouts of new UK and international locations.
  • Customer Experience : Champion a consistent, customer-first approach across all touchpoints – online and offline.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Marketing, E-comm, Product, and Operations to drive results and enrich the customer journey.
  • Data-Driven Decisions : Leverage insights to improve performance, allocate resources, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Financial Management : Oversee P&L, budgeting, and forecasting across all commercial channels.
  • Brand Representation : Act as a credible and inspiring ambassador at industry events and media opportunities.

Experience & Attributes

  • Extensive senior leadership experience in Retail & Wholesale sales (luxury, fashion, or footwear preferred)
  • Proven success driving commercial growth and launching new stores or markets
  • Deep understanding of customer behaviour and retail operations
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical thinking
  • Inspirational leader who develops and empowers teams
  • Confident communicator with the presence to represent a premium brand
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and solutions-focused
  • Passionate about product, people, and delivering premium experiences
  • Willing and able to travel regularly within the UK and internationally
