We are seeking a creative, interior obsessed and highly organised Head of Visual Content to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging photography and videography for multiple channels. You will collaborate with our marketing, design, web and product teams to create content that resonates with our audience and customers and establishes Loaf as a leading brand for visuals in the interiors industry and beyond. This role is based in our Head Office at Ladbroke Grove (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).

The JobProduction:
- Oversee end-to-end creative production, from briefings to final delivery on all campaigns including photoshoots (on location & in studio), Shacks, social, brand projects and ad hoc requests.
- Responsible for forecasting and producing annual budgets and management of spend for the Studio and Brand & Content departments.
- Responsible for approvals of all invoicing and expenses within the department.
- Liaise closely with Creative Producer on all studio and location photography to ensure the shoots are on schedule, running to budget and are of the highest quality.
- Manage the visual content calendar for the year ensuring all teams are informed, channel requirements are clear and deadlines are achieved by all those involved.
- Lead on all art direction for both photography and videography, working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, Brand Director and Head of Creative to ensure content ideas are fresh while upholding the brand guidelines.
- Constantly research, understand the market, identify trends, benchmark competitors and inspire the wider team with best-in-class examples of interiors led content.
- Work collaboratively with the wider creative and brand teams on social ideas, partnering with designers and copywriters to bring social ideas to life.
- Be the representative of the Photography department, working across multiple areas of the business ensuring teams are using assets correctly and maintaining the highest standards at all times.
- Work closely with the Web team ensuring the right content is utilised and the site is constantly evolving to visually be the best-in-class.
- Work collaboratively with the wider creative and brand team on all briefs for Marketing and the wider business servicing all channel partners with the right assets.
- Responsible for reviewing and driving performance of the Creative Producer, supporting their growth and development.
- Work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, Brand Director and Head of Creative on content strategies for the long term vision and goals for Loaf.
- Proven experience: 6+ years of experience in production and art direction.
- Creativity and innovation: a portfolio of previous work showcasing creative content.
- Time management: strong ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability: ability to quickly pivot and adjust content strategies in response to performance data or changing priorities.
- Team Management: previous managerial experience is a must.
- 25 days holiday, increasing by 1 day each year for 3 years, plus 8 days for bank holidays.
