Loaf is seeking a Senior Assistant / Junior Merchandiser or Demand Planner to join our demand planning team in London.

You will forecast and trade categories, providing analysis to support range planning and stock management.

Work with the Product Development team on launches, phaseouts and pricing, update linecards and forecasts, and ensure product availability while avoiding overstocks.

You’ll need to be highly analytical, super organised, and comfortable working to deadlines.
