Overview of the Sales Manager role at Easilift Loading Systems. Easilift Loading Systems is investing in production capacity and technology. In the next three to five years, we aim to double our turnover in equipment sales. As Sales Manager, you will lead this growth journey, strengthen and expand the UK sales team, and work closely with factories, management, and customers to seize commercial opportunities and build long-term relationships.
You will be based in Huddersfield (West Yorkshire), working at the heart of our UK sales team and collaborating with colleagues across the Netherlands and other European countries. Short communication lines and a supportive culture define how we work.
What you bring:
- Proven sales experience in a technical or construction environment
- Strong background in equipment sales and long sales cycles

Your key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and expand the sales team with a focus on client management and new business
- Grow our market share in equipment sales within logistics and construction
- Build strong partnerships with Tier 1 contractors, architects and developers
- Translate commercial strategy into concrete regional objectives
- Lead change initiatives that strengthen our customer-focused culture
- Analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities
What we offer:
- Annual salary of £80,000 – £90,000 plus commission scheme
- Company car lease budget of approximately £800 per month (petrol, hybrid or electric)
- Hybrid working after the probation period
- 25 days of annual leave and 3 extra days at Christmas, plus option to buy 5 additional days
