Experienced workshop fabricator / welder to start as soon as possible in Long Crendon, Buckinghamshire. Salary £35k. Basic 37.5 hours per week plus optional overtime available. Own reliable transport essential.
Role - Working within a small dedicated team at our workshop, you will be fabricating components and assembling scissor lifts used for unloading delivery vehicles for a number of high profile retail companies.
Skills & Experience
- Experienced fabricator / MIG Welder.
- Familiar with working in a workshop environment.
- Ability to use a range of fabrication shop equipment including, MIG Welders, hand grinders, band saw, power / hand tools etc.
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication and assembly drawings is essential.
- A fork lift truck license (gas counterbalance) and overhead crane training would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
- Full driving license.
- Spoken / written English.
