As a Bookkeeper at Loadbalancer.org, you will support our finance team by handling key financial tasks, including:
- Assisting with invoicing, credit control, and reconciliations in multiple currencies using Xero Accounting software
- Processing supplier stock invoices to ensure timely payments
- Managing company expenses, petty cash, and credit card statements in line with internal policies
- Maintaining accurate customer and supplier records, including data entry and updates
- Managing the Accounts inbox and assisting with queries
- Monitoring Stripe online payment platform
- Purchasing of office supplies
- Assisting with month end financial closing tasks
Full training will be provided, so you can grow into the role confidently.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in bookkeeping or finance-related roles (AAT qualification preferred but not essential)
- Has knowledge of financial principles, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures
- Is organised, accurate, and pays close attention to detail
- Communicates well and can confidently liaise with other departments to resolve queries
- Can prioritise tasks, work proactively, and support the finance team effectively
