This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes and working across all areas of the business. We're a close-knit team of around 50 people, meaning you'll have real visibility across the business and the opportunity to make a measurable impact. You'll be reporting directly to our Managing Director, so you'll have genuine ownership of the operational function and the autonomy to make recommendations, improve processes and implement change across the business.

- Support company-wide operational initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Coordinate internal communications relating to operational policies and processes.
About You
