Position Summary
The People Capability Business Partner (PCBP) - iGaming is a trusted partner to leaders and employees across iGaming. This role plays a critical part in enabling business performance by delivering high impact people solutions across the full employee lifecycle. Reporting to the Director, People Capability - iGaming, the PCBP translates people strategy into day-to-day execution, supports organizational and talent initiatives, and ensures a consistent, engaging employee experience. This role requires strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to balance operational excellence with thoughtful, human-centered partnership. This role is critical to ensuring iGaming leaders and employees receive consistent, high-quality People Capability partnership that drives engagement, performance, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- People Capability Partnership: Serve as the primary People Capability (PC) partner for assigned iGaming functions, supporting leaders from Individual Contributor through Senior Manager level. Partner with leaders on workforce planning, role clarity, and team effectiveness within supported groups. Provide hands-on PC support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance, engagement, retention, employee relations, and offboarding. Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations matters, coaching leaders to navigate difficult conversations with confidence, fairness, and empathy. Support the execution of core People Capability processes for supported teams, including performance reviews, compensation processes, and engagement surveys. Ensure leaders are well prepared, informed, and supported throughout all PC cycles.
- Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement: Translate data, insights, and employee feedback into actionable recommendations for leaders. Analyze people data and trends (e.g., engagement, attrition, performance) to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas. Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and employee experience within supported populations.
- Collaboration with People Capability Centers of Excellence: Act as a connector between iGaming teams and HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development. Partner with COEs to deliver solutions that meet business needs while maintaining consistency with enterprise frameworks and policies. Ensure timely, accurate execution of HR programs and escalation of risks or issues as appropriate.
- Culture, Change & Employee Experience: Support leaders and teams through periods of change by providing clear guidance, communication support, and people centered approaches. Contribute to culture, engagement, and DEI initiatives through execution and leader enablement. Serve as a visible, approachable PC presence for employees, reinforcing trust and psychological safety.

- Experience & Qualifications: Proven experience in a global HR Business Partner role - specifically supporting employees in Sweden. Experience supporting managers and employees across multiple levels. Exposure to global or matrixed organizations preferred. Strong understanding of performance management, employee relations, and talent processes.
