Light & Wonder’s Partner Operations function drives commercial and operational relationships with partners bringing content to our distribution platform. This role focuses on new market entry and expansion programmes, coordinating cross‑functional teams to secure licences, integrations, and commercial agreements for regulated gaming markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the operational delivery of new market entry programmes, coordinating across Legal, Compliance, Commercial, Technology, and external Partners.
  • Own the programme plan for each active market entry, defining milestones, dependencies, owners, risks, and blockers, and drive completion.
  • Prioritise partner operations workstreams, ensuring clarity of priority, status, and owners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Commercial, Technology, and external Partners.
  • Communicate programme status clearly and proactively—escalating risks, flagging decisions needed, and ensuring no surprises.
  • Drive the documentation of Partner Operations processes and market entry playbooks, prioritising and closing process gaps.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years in programme or project management, delivering across functional teams in complex environments.
  • Direct experience in iGaming or an adjacent regulated industry, with hands‑on knowledge of licensing frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • Strong senior stakeholder management and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Formal project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP) is an advantage.
