We have an exciting new opportunity for a Head of Partnerships / Studios to join the Playzido Team (a division of Light & Wonder group). As a senior member, this position entails managing the strategic relationships and day-to-day operations with all the Studios within the Playzido network. The role will include close engagement with various internal teams too.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct monthly reviews with the studios to discuss games performance, pinpoint areas of improvement and explore potential business development opportunities.
  • Develop performance scorecards with key KPIs for each studio, enabling data driven decisions and effective prioritisation.
  • Refine and implement the framework to onboard and manage the studios, with the aim to refining operational practice and streamlining efficiencies.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new Studios.
  • Collaborate with the Playzido Project Managers and Studios to plan and manage the Studios deliverables for all the games.
  • Identify, manage risks and escalation issues, where appropriate.
  • Establish clear expectations and ensure accountability amongst team members.
  • Regularly update studios on games delivery progress and effectively communicate any issues or risks.
  • Proactive provision of continuous improvement by investigating ways to enhance the quality of processes and tools.
  • Facilitate forums for enhancing game delivery with the Studios and ensure that the resulting outcomes are actionable with agreed ownership.
  • Stay informed about regulatory and product requirements, and clearly communicate their impact on each studio.
  • Attend and represent Playzido at Industry events and assist in coordinating Playzido Partner events.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing partnerships and B2B account management concepts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Impeccable organisation and communication skills, able to describe technical concepts to nontechnical people.
  • Fast working, accurate and professional.
  • Great at working with others, proactive with ideas and solutions.
  • Commercially astute, approaches problems and opportunities from the perspective of the Casino Strategy.
  • Worked within a regulated online environment as certification and regulation is baked deeply in our process.
  • Knowledge of the gambling industry (specifically Casino).
