Develop game design techniques and encourage innovation within the team. Collaborate with the compliance team, and with the RTP monitoring team to ensure the best processes are in place to oversee compliance of our games. Consult with other iGaming Creative Studios teams regarding BI/Data, game design, QA, project planning, game development. Work with game designers and mathematicians to develop proof of concept and feasible math models. Set an example to other mathematicians. Work with game engineers to ensure the correct implementation of math models. Deliver high quality work as scheduled in accordance with the game design and product requirements. Maintain an understanding of competitive products and technology. Develop and prove math models for games that demonstrate game probabilities and RTP via theoretical calculation and/or Monte Carlo simulation. Engage in continuous retroactive analysis of games. Over a year’s experience in the iGaming space is desirable, but relevant experience elsewhere in gaming or social gaming will be considered. Experience with programming simulations, engines or similar in C++, C#, Python, or other language required. Confident using Excel. Good written and verbal English communication skills with a high level of interpersonal skills. Must be a self-motivated team player with the ability to work in a customer-oriented, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications
Education: Educated to Bachelor’s degree level in a STEM subject, or relevant industry experience required.
Physical Requirements
This position is hybrid, with those living within 30 miles of the office attending 2 days a week, and others visiting occasionally. Occasional travel to other offices may be required in all cases.
