Position Summary
Light & Wonder’s aggregation sits at the heart of how we connect world‑class content with operators worldwide. As Head of Partnerships, you will be the driving force behind our partner‑first culture, ensuring that every decision, strategy, and interaction places partners at the centre of what we do. This is a senior, commercially focused leadership role that blends strategic thinking with hands‑on partner management. You will build and inspire a hungry team of Partnership Managers, shape the partnership strategy in line with Light & Wonder’s broader objectives, and be the individual our partners turn to when it matters most.
Leadership & Strategy
- Shape and own the partnership strategy in alignment with Light & Wonder’s wider business strategy, defining clear KPIs and commercial objectives that give the team direction.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Partnership Managers cultivating a proactive, growth‑oriented culture where information is shared openly and success is celebrated collectively.
- Coach and empower your team to prioritise effectively, manage their portfolios with commercial rigour and consistently deliver against team objectives.
- Help build and nurture a strong team culture across all partnership hubs, including remote team members.
Partner Growth & Relationship Management
- Develop and lead a partner‑focused team that grows both new and existing aggregation partnerships, ensuring partners feel genuinely valued and supported.
- Build deep, long‑lasting relationships with partners at all levels, from day‑to‑day contacts through to board‑level stakeholders and becoming the go‑to person in a heavily competitive industry.
- Ensure our partners’ needs actively drive the direction of the business, while simultaneously delivering strong and measurable growth outcomes.
- Lead and attend partner Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), strategic planning sessions, and senior‑level commercial negotiations.
Cross‑functional Collaboration
- Work in close partnership with teams across the business including Product, Legal, Compliance and CAMs to ensure growth plans for partners are delivered efficiently and at pace.
- Drive strategic projects such as new market entry programmes and key partner initiatives from conception through to execution.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong strategic and customer focus, with a proven ability to translate commercial ambition into clear, actionable objectives for a team.
- Deeply passionate about finding solutions and removing barriers, a growth mindset through and through.
- Naturally builds and sustains personal relationships at all levels; rapport‑building is second nature.
- Skilled in complex commercial negotiations, deal structuring, and driving contracts through to close.
- Experienced at client management from board level down, with a track record of sustained, senior‑level engagement.
- Proven leader of teams, peers, and senior stakeholders, able to inspire confidence and motivate others around a shared vision.

Qualifications
- Significant experience in a senior commercial or partnerships role, ideally within the iGaming sector.
- Extensive understanding of the iGaming industry including key markets, competitors, game studios and the operator landscape.
- A strong track record of results‑driven, complex sales with demonstrable outcomes over a sustained career.
- Proven ability to sustain long‑term, mutually beneficial customer relationships.
- Experience leading multiple high‑priority projects simultaneously without losing focus or momentum.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, international business environment with cross‑functional dependencies.
