We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to join our team in Ramsgate. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily groundworks activities
- Lead and support site teams and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and report to site/project management
- Liaise with engineers and stakeholders to resolve issues
- Ensure strict compliance with health & safety guidelines
