LNT Construction Limited, part of the LNT Care Developments Group, is seeking an experienced Site Manager with proven care home construction experience to deliver high‑quality projects across Southampton.
Role OverviewThis role is ideally suited to a Site Manager with a strong background in new‑build care homes or similar healthcare/residential specialist environments. You will oversee the full on‑site delivery of projects from groundworks through to handover, ensuring compliance with all technical, regulatory, and quality standards associated with care sector developments.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver compliant, high‑quality builds
- Maintain strict adherence to project specifications, programmes, and budgets
- Ensure all works align with relevant Building Regulations, fire safety requirements, and care‑sector standards
- Enforce HSE regulations and company Health & Safety policies at all times
- Drive quality assurance processes to achieve high‑end finishes suitable for CQC‑compliant environments
- Liaise professionally with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and handover
Applicants must demonstrate:
- Proven Site Manager experience on care home developments
- Strong knowledge of traditional build construction methods
- Level 6 or Level 7 qualification in Construction Management
- Black CSCS Card
- SMSTS – current certification
- First Aid at Work – current certification
- Full, clean UK driving licence and own transport
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with subcontractors and clients
