We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Estates & Facilities Administrator to join our Maintenance Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a college leaver, university graduate, or someone looking to begin their career within Estates, Facilities Management, Procurement, or Property Maintenance. Full training and support will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone eager to learn and develop within a growing business. Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will gain exposure to a variety of maintenance, facilities, and commercial activities while building valuable skills for future career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the procurement process for subcontractor packages.
- Review subcontractor quotations and assist with cost comparisons.
- Assist with the preparation of subcontractor contracts and scopes of work.
- Work closely with the Estates & Facilities Administrator to arrange service contracts.
- Support with subcontractor account queries when required.
- Assist the Head of Estates & Facilities with budget reporting and cost monitoring.
- Help monitor the job reporting system and allocate work requests to team members.
- Provide general administrative support to the Maintenance Department.
