LNT Construction Limited, part of LNT Care Developments is looking for an Interior Designer to work alongside the interior design and fitout team and lead designer, providing support at all stages of projects in rolling out a brand fit-out scheme into new build care homes across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interior Designer, responsible for specifying all internal finishes, fixtures and equipment
- Keen eye for design, sourcing accessories for the dressing of the interior spaces
- Supporting the lead interior designer and interior design team in producing 3D sketch up visuals, 2D internal finishes drawings, furniture layouts, bespoke joinery drawings and FF&E specifications.
- Support team in picking and packing up fit outs, preparing them prior to site delivery.
- Attend UK wide sites, fitting out care homes ensuring they are ready for handover
Would suit an individual keen to further develop their interior design career and skills, while working in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years industry experience
- Essential to have experience in Auto Cad and sketch up
- Practice of being on site, dealing with ad hoc site issues and undertaking fitouts
- Excellent organisation skills – ability to multitask on many projects at any one time in an ever changing fast paced environment
- Team player – ability to work across a multi-disciplined team within office, warehouse and construction site environments.
- Microsoft email, word, excel
- Driving license and vehicle owner
Primarily based at Head office with regular travel and overnight stays to sites UK wide.
