Joiners Required. The LNT Group is a rapidly expanding Yorkshire based group of companies. LNT Construction is the leading purpose-built residential care home developer in the UK. We offer a unique service to our clients from build to operation; we support our clients in their care home venture.
We are looking for hardworking, conscientious and reliable full-time joiners with a keen eye for detail. This is a great opportunity for the right individuals to form part of our new team, carrying out high quality works while developing both existing and new skills within the role.

A good understanding of construction, with qualification in joinery is required. Candidates should have:
- 1st fix and 2nd fix experience
- Erecting stud walls
- Skirtings and Architraves
- Fitting of Fire Doors
We seek motivated and professional individuals with an ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent knowledge of construction methods and materials and a keen eye on the detail is essential. Candidates must be able to read and work from technical construction drawings.
Joinery qualifications or a proven time served history (3 years minimum) is required. Working well within a group environment is important. A CSCS Card is also required.
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 40 hours plus per week. Construction sites are UK wide. Hourly pay is negotiable. You will be required to have your own vehicle to travel to site and have your own tools. This role includes working away.
