We are actively recruiting for talent whose passion lies in solving problems on all aspects of pre-construction. Being part of our technical team and working with an incredibly successful in-house team of designers and planners, this role will be instrumental in facilitating all aspects of development on multiple projects from site feasibility through to commencement of construction.

Typical Duties:
- Undertake detailed technical due diligence on prospective development sites.
- Identify technical risks affecting viability, deliverability and programme; prepare risk registers with mitigation recommendations.
- Review and summarise pre-construction documents and assessment reports.
- Liaise with statutory bodies and utility providers on environmental, drainage, highways and engineering issues.
- Collaborate with the pre-construction team to support planning, timelines and milestones.
Skills and experience:
- Relevant experience in a technical, design or pre-construction role within property development or construction.
- Good understanding of the development process, from site appraisal and acquisition through planning, technical design and construction.
- Strong time management, attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Confident in challenging consultants and stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet standards, budgets and programmes.
